- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 21, 2020, by kentc1995Terrible Customer Service. I have been calling the store number all day and not once did any employee answer the phone. To make matters worse when i visited the store the phone was ringing and no one answered. I called because I wanted to know the price of a replacement phone charger. If it was cheaper than the Apple website i would buy it there . Needless to say my issue was resolved but no thanks to the AT&T staff in Newburgh.
